Volcano

" Trust the Process " was a statement I heard often but never really grasped. I would start the process for several days only to give up as the process turned out to be a bit longer than I wanted. It was a simmer whilst I wanted a microwave, for a young and impatient college student time was of the essence and if I didn't do something now then it would never happen. As time progressed however I grew more mature and started taking things slow, choosing to not do 1 million things at once but instead focus and practice just 3. This has been a great change and to be honest, I can credit it with being a massive positive for me overall. The great part about this practice is that when you decide to focus on something and stick with it although at first, you will not create what you have imagined in your head as time passes the improvement will come and one day just like a volcano, out of nowhere you will see the result you always wanted and the fruits of your labor.
